How do I access the free coworking?
The coworking space offerings are only during our monthly Tech Takeover weeks. Check out our Events Calendar and search "Takeover" to see where we'll be next!
Can I upload events to share with other members?
Yes, but not through the Member Portal. You are always welcome to share them in the #events channel in our Slack community. You can also tag us on LinkedIn for reach (we might even repost it!).
I've got a large team. How do I give them access to our membership?
Here's a handy PDF with instructions of how to add your staff to our platform.
Who should be added to our account?
That's entirely up to you. We recommend starting with Events Management, Staff Engagement, Accounting/Billing, and Sponsorship Management staff members first. Once you've got the hang of it, feel free to roll it out to your whole team.
Who should be the primary account holder?
Anyone listed above can be a primary account holder. If you choose to have multiple primary account holders, please choose one to receive all transactional emails.
How often can I upload/change staff?
You can complete this process any time you need to add staff. Contact our Membership Engagement Specialist Connie Gallagher at Connie@TechSTL.com for assistance managing existing staff.
